Vata-Vyadhi, means Vatik disorders, which are the main reasons for the wear and tear of the cartilage, consequently this proceeds into inflammation of the muscles, joints, ligaments, tendons and synovial membrane. Mahanarayan tail is known to pacify Vata. The Tail is applied by gently massaging over the muscles, tendons and the ligaments, till it is absorbed, this will help to energize and rejuvenate them. This combo reduces stiffness and improves the flexibility of the joints, and is particularly good for supporting an active lifestyle. Other than Mahanarayan tail Rheumabi cream contains Rhuma oil and some more selected ingredients which enhance permeability and efficacy of the product. This product has been converted into an ointment so it can be carried and applied easily.
Mahanarayan tail
Mahanaryan tail is a classical formulation based on authoritative texts, as approved by the AYUSH ministry. Mahanarayan tail is used in many Vata vyadhis, like arthritis, paralysis and, Facial palsy, also in Paraplegia, tremors, Neck rigidity, headaches and fever due to pain. It will balance Vata and Pitta, while nourishing and rejuvenating the body. Camphor enhances the efficacy of this formulation. Ingredients: Herbs for decoction:Bilva, Ashwagandha, Brihati, Gokshura, Syonaka, Bala, Neem, Kantakari, Punarnava, Atibala, Agnimantha, Prasarini, Patala.
Herbs of kalka: Rasna, Ashwagandha, Mishi, Devdaru, Kusta, Shalaparni, Prishnaparini, Mudgaparini, Mashaparini, Agaru, Nagkesar, Rock salt, Haridra, Daruharidra, Lalchandan, Pushkarmool, Elaichi, Manjistha.
Base oil: Sesame oil, Cow milk, Shatavari juice.
Ruma Tail
Ruma Tail is effective in Aamvat, Nadi Daurayabalya, Avabahuk (Frozen shoulder) and ankylosing type of joints pain.
Ingredients: Erand mool, Dhatura, Ashwagandha, Shatavari, Druharidra, Haridra, Tila taila, Gultheria oil, Terpentine oil, Camphor
Cinnamon Tail (Twak Tail)
Cinnamon oil contains cinnamaldehyde and cinnamic acid, both of these have antioxidant properties that helps to inhibit the cell damage, caused by free radicals. Cinnamon oil is a essential Oil which effectively alleviate aches, pains, and stiffness in the muscles and joints.
Cajuputi Tail
Cajuputi oil contains a chemical called cineole. Cineole warms the surface where its applied and that accelerates blood circulation. Its analgesic properties helps relieve pain. It is useful in the treatment of joint pain and arthritis, as well as for sore muscles. This oil has antispasmodic properties, which helps in relaxing the muscles.
Pudina Satva
Pudina- Mint has anti-inflammatory properties.
Wintergreen Tail
Wintergreen oil has traditionally been used for achy joints (rheumatism), sore muscles, and lower back pain, by applying directly to the skin. Other times it is applied as a “counter-irritant” to relieve muscle pain. Counterirritants work by causing irritation that reduces pain and swelling in the underlying tissue
Karpoor (Camphor)
Camphor exhibits anti-arthritic, anti-rheumatic and antiphlogistic properties. Its topical applications not only reduces swelling in certain parts of the body but also helps in boosting the blood circulation, thereby relieving strains in the joints. Its cooling properties help to reduce the irritation of joints. Camphor is helpful in cramps too. Application of camphor also numbs the nerve endings and it is easily absorbed by the skin, which provides quicker relief.
