Refund policy
At Age Ayurveda, your satisfaction is our top priority. While we strive to provide only the best Ayurvedic products, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned.
Returns & Exchanges:
- Due to hygiene and safety reasons, products once opened or used cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returns/exchanges are accepted only if:
- The product is damaged in transit
- The wrong item has been delivered
- The product delivered is expired
Steps to Request a Return:
- Email us at support@ageayurveda.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, description of the issue, and product images.
- Once verified, our team will arrange for a reverse pickup (if applicable).
- Replacement or refund will be processed after the product is received and inspected.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer/UPI.
