What is Guduchi XT ?

Guduchi XT is a combo product, designed to give you that extra edge compared to a single herb. This combo contains two potent herbs, Guduchi and Tulsi.
Guduchi is popularly known as Giloy (Tinospora cordifolia) has been used in Ayurveda for centuries. Guduchi means imperishable in Sanskrit. This plant is again a native plant of India and has been used in its entirety including root, leaves and dried matured pieces of stem for medicinal purposes.
Tulsi (Ocimum sanctum) gets its name from goddess Lakshmi, wife of Bhagwan Vishnu, symbolizing longevity and compassion. This native plant of India has been around for centuries and is used in every Hindu household as a pious plant of worship, daily in the morning. Tulsi belongs to the mint family. The leaves of this plant have been used for medicinal purposes since ancient times.

How and where is Guduchi / Tulsi cultivated ?

Guduchi is a herbaceous shrub that is found throughout India climbing like a creeper on large trees. It has a soft stem and heart-shaped leaves and belongs to the Menispermaceae family. It grows in all conditions but prefers the warm climate. Guduchi can be planted as seeds or cutting made from the stem. It is advised to propagate them on trees such as Neem, Mango or Peepal, by using organic manure.
Tulsi is a shrub full of leaves and is found throughout India. This straight growing plant reaches to an approximate height of 20 inches. Broadly categorised as two varities, Shyama tulsi (dark purplish colour leaves) and Rama Tulsi (green coloured leaves).
